Buy travel insurance at the ERGO e-office and a 10% discount will apply to the regular price.

If you include trip interruption protection in the contract, we will also cover expenses related to cancellation or interruption of travel within Estonia.

In view of the difficult situation in the world, we recommend that you include the covers for natural disaster, a change in the flight schedule or other unexpected event in the list of covers when you travel abroad.

Travel insurance no longer applies for Russia and Belarus to contracts entered into since 13 December 2022.

Travel insurance in Israel is no longer valid for contracts concluded from 13.10.2023.

Important! Due to the military conflict in Israel, we advise you to avoid traveling to this region. We would like to point out that, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you insurance coverage in a war situation. If you are currently in Israel, please follow the recommendations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and be sure to register your location and contact your tour operator.

Schedule is changed due to earthquake, volcano eruption, hurricane, tsunami, flood, etc. or the transport included in the package does not function. The airline changes the flight schedule of regular flights after purchasing tickets or the flight is overbooked. Other sudden incidents (e.g. the event that was the purpose of the trip is cancelled, difficulties at the trip destination), not excluded by the terms and conditions.

Sport and physical work

Physical work
Additional cover is required if the traveller works abroad as a: construction worker, motorist or bus driver, forestry, agriculture, or manufacturing industry worker or as a worker in another sector that requires similar physical effort. Active holiday
Additional cover is required if the traveller plans to go downhill skiing on marked tracks, diving (up to 40 m deep), hiking (up to 5,000 m high) or performing other risky activities. More information is available in clause 2.4.1 of the travel insurance conditions
Competitive sport or training camp
Additional cover is required if the traveller participates in a competition or a training camp. NB! The price of the cover is calculated after adding the information of the traveller(s) in the next step
