I have familiarised myself with the terms and conditions of the contract and wish to enter into the insurance contract. When you proceed to the bank to pay, the insurance contract is deemed to have been entered into and the payment obligation takes effect. You have the right to withdraw from a contract entered into in the e-office of ERGO within 14 days after entry into the insurance contract.

I am aware that for the validity of the theft, hijacking or robbery coverage, the vehicle needs to have a functioning alarm and immobiliser. I confirm that the vehicle is in working order. I am aware that in the case of non-compliance with the terms or false declarations, ERGO has the right to apply legal remedies arising under law or the insurance contract, including the refusal to compensate for damages partly or completely.
